Dion is a Senior Fellow at the Conference Board and the Managing Partner at the Cape Group. He is focused around helping organisations build and develop their Strategic Workforce Planning and Workforce Analytics capability. Dion has over 30 years’ experience building and leading consulting practices and delivering complex transformation programmes for organisations in Africa, Australia, North America and the Asia Pacific region.
Previously he was a Partner at Deloitte, where he was the Regional Director for Human Capital for the Asia-Pacific and Africa Region, he was responsible for teams in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Korea, Malaysia and South Africa. He was also a Pater at Mercer in the Talent business. He looked after the HR Transformation and Strategic Workforce Planning and Analytics solutions for Asia, Latin America, Africa and the Middle East.
In 2005 he founded the Cape Group, a leading provider of human capital insight and advisory services to organisations across the Asia Pacific region.
Ros leads the Employee Experience (HR) team at Domain Group. Ros is an experienced human resources professional and industrial relations specialist with a pragmatic and commercial approach to human resources has been developed working in a fast-paced, dynamic and changing media company.
Prior to joining Domain, Ros was the HR Director for Australian Publishing Media within Fairfax Media supporting key metropolitan mastheads and publishing operations including for The Sydney Morning Herald, The Age and The Australian Financial Review.
Ros has volunteered in Samoa for the Public Service Commission as part of the Australian Youth Ambassadors for Development Program
Pierre is an experienced Human Resources Leader with a career that has spanned blue-chip global organisations across multiple industries in various advisory, consulting and HR roles whilst living and working in Australia, South Africa and the USA.
Currently the General Manager of the People Centre of Expertise at Allianz Australia looking after a broad portfolio that includes Talent and Succession, Leadership Development, Diversity and Inclusion, Employee Engagement & Experience, Culture, Graduate Programs, Recruitment, Employer Branding as well as Workplace Health & Safety.
He is passionate about Super Heroes (both in the movies and real life) and developing People to be the best possible versions of themselves and gets a huge kick out of building high-performing teams in HR and across the businesses he works in.

Jeevan Joshi is an experienced practitioner of digital learning and HR. For over 20 years he has combined strategic and “hands-on” approach to assist organisations to understand, design, deliver and improve digital enabled solutions and processes. Jeevan was recognised a Corporate eLearning Movers and Shakers in 2017 by Bob Little PR.
He is the founder of learningcafe.com.au which are respected and fast-growing communities of senior corporate learning and development professionals in Australia.
Jeevan has a Masters in Biochemical Engineering and an MBA (HR) from XLRI and a Certified Scrum Master
